6 Reasons why you should stay at an all-inclusive resort during your next vacation

Hello travel lovers!!!

After a year and almost 5 months, I was able to get back on my travel journey to explore, enjoy and experience some of the good things in life. In May, I had the opportunity to travel to Mexico. This trip was mainly for business and the celebration of my birthday. I planned to explore just a little bit at the same time, I also wanted somewhere with cool vibes, lots of food, and fine wine, with beautiful scenery for relaxing. A resort was the best option for that! In this blog post, I will be sharing why I choose to stay at a resort.

While on vacation, I stayed at Grand Palladium’s most recent resort in Mexico and it is called Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres. It is an all-inclusive resort located in Cancun, Mexico. It takes about 45 minutes drive to get to the hotel from the airport. Since it is located in Cancun, I had access to the attractions I wanted to see while in Mexico. I will be sharing more about the attraction I visited this resort. They exceeded my expectationsations and I can’t wait to be back! Here are some reasons why you should stay at an all-inclusive resort.

  1. An “all-inclusive” resort will give you comfort and peace of mind knowing everything that you need will be provided for. In terms of food, drinks, spa, beach vibes, pool services, and a lot more! Hotels are great too, I do stay in hotels most time but with the hotel, you might have to carter for most of your needs. With an awesome all-inclusive resort, your experience will be truly stunning!!!
  2. Some resorts do offer membership. With a membership, you can have a butler who will make sure every single day you get 100% satisfaction with the services, tours, food, drinks, and any extra stuff connected with your stay. You can get everything you needed to ensure your stay was worth it. Members do get more perks than a regular guest but even as a regular guest, you will be well taken care of. Just make sure to ask for what is included in your package.
  3. You don’t have to go outside of the resort to have a great dining experience. Resorts are big and have multiple restaurants you can dine at. You can find sports bars, regular bars, a la carte restaurants, etc at resorts. the resort I stayed at had all of these. Each day I had a different dining experience in different a la carte restaurants (Italian, Mexican, Argentinian, French, Mediterranean, and some others). I was always looking forward to breakfast, lunch & dinner. The meals were delicious!
  4. Do you want to go on excursions? you don’t need to worry about been tied down at the resort as they can help you book excursions. Take for example, while I was at the Palladium resort, the team made sure my itinerary was worth the trip. They gave great recommendations and made sure all excursions and tours were booked ahead of time. All I had to do was wake up, say a prayer, have breakfast and then a private taxi picks me up for my excursion
  5. Other good things about all-inclusive resorts are the room service. You should ask to make sure room services are included in your package so when you don’t feel like stepping out to go to a restaurant, you can order food and drinks for your room. During my stay, they made sure I had some of the best champagne, rum, gin & tequila at the bar inside my room. Once a bottle is empty, I just call for a new bottle at no extra cost. My fridge was always stocked up with goodies.
  6. Resorts are not boring at all! they have a lot of activities to keep you going like pool parties, games at sports bars, some have a golfing area or tennis court, some have kids playground and water parks. You will be surprised, some do have dining shows and I experienced this during my stay at Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres.

Personally, I enjoy being a member of Palladium Travel Club which gives me access to multiple bookings in different resorts, hotels, private jets, and yacht services. So, if you are looking for exclusivity, a membership will the best option due to its exclusivity. I did not need to worry about the crowd even with other travelers at the resort. Members had their own private taxis, private pools, private bars, first in line when it comes to certain services. The service was 100%

Until next time….
